By placing an order with Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC, the customer agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Eligible non-customized products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, subject to approval by Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

·       Be in original condition

·       Include original packaging, certificates, invoices, and accompanying materials

·       Show no signs of alteration, resizing, damage, wear, or misuse

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

·       Engraved products

·       Bespoke designs

·       Resized rings or altered jewelry

·       Special order items

·       Final sale or clearance items

·       Gift cards or promotional credits

·       Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized repair

Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies as customized, altered, or non-returnable.


3. Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior written authorization from Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is approved due to verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors attributable to Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC, customers are responsible for:

·       Packaging expenses

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, the customer must notify Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for review.

Customers may be required to provide:
