All jewelry pieces are carefully handcrafted and quality inspected prior to shipment. Most orders require a production and processing period before dispatch.

·       Made-to-order or customized items: Typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on design complexity. For platinum jewelry , manufacturing process may take approximately 7-35 business days .

·       Bespoke or high-value orders may require additional production time.

Estimated production or shipping timelines communicated on the product page, invoice, quotation, or via email are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Mivaan Fine Jewelry LLC reserves the right to extend production timelines in cases involving:

·       Material availability issues

·       Peak seasonal demand

·       Quality control procedures

·       Force majeure events

·       Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer domestic and international shipping to select countries and regions.

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

12. Delayed, Lost, or Returned Shipments
